ONE ANNUAL RELATIONSHIP
Your initial review and annual plan are collected together at enrollment. At ordinary renewal, only the annual plan repeats.
$18 per unit per year, subject to the annual minimum.
Final review fee depends on project size, document readiness, and complexity.
Service scope, response expectations, included update limits, start date, and renewal terms will be confirmed in the engagement agreement. Complex work is quoted separately.

No. Our report supports a lender’s project review. Loan approval also depends on the lender’s requirements, the borrower, and other factors outside our scope.
Start with what you have. We identify missing items and explain what is needed before confirming the review timeline. Additional records may be needed for assessments, inspections, reserves, flood coverage, or other project-specific circumstances.
The annual plan includes a scheduled annual document refresh, relevant guideline alerts, and routine lender documentation support. Your agreement defines response expectations and update limits. Significant remediation, approval pursuit, and substantial rush work are quoted separately.
The initial review and first annual fee are collected together at enrollment for a 12-month service term. The one-time review fee does not repeat at ordinary renewal. Start dates, renewal notices, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined in your engagement agreement.
