Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Can you help if buyers cannot get a condo loan?
Start with the lender’s specific project finding. We can assess the association documents and identify follow-up items; a review does not guarantee financing.
Do you work outside Georgia?
Yes. Our service covers associations nationwide and is coordinated remotely. Share your association and the issue so we can confirm project fit and scope.
What documents should our manager gather?
Start with the questionnaire, adopted budget, master insurance and governing documents. See our document checklist.
What does the annual plan include?
A scheduled annual document refresh, relevant guideline alerts and routine lender documentation support. The engagement agreement defines limits and renewal terms.
