How we handle information you share with us.

Condo Consult, LLC ("Condo Consult," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through condoconsult.net (the "Site") and our client portal, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Site or our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us.
- Inquiry / "plan your first year" form: your name, email, association name, role, website, and unit count.
- Client onboarding and portal: association and contact details, and the documents you upload for review — such as governing documents, budgets, reserve studies, financial statements, insurance certificates and policies, and questionnaires. These may contain information about your association and its finances.
- Communications: emails, messages, and call notes when you contact us.
Payment information. When you purchase services, your card and billing details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems; we receive limited information (such as the last four digits and payment status) needed to manage your account and renewals.
Information collected automatically. Our Site uses Google Analytics and standard server logs to collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed (see Section 6).
2. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to inquiries and provide quotes;
- perform the review and ongoing consulting services;
- process payments, manage your subscription, and bill automatic renewals;
- communicate with you about your project, renewals, and service updates;
- maintain security and our business records; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us operate (for example, our payment processor, email provider, and portal/hosting provider), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to provide the service;
- as part of delivering the service you requested (for example, where you ask us to interact with a lender or your insurer on your behalf);
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and
- in connection with a business transfer (such as a sale of the business), subject to this Policy.
4. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your portal credentials confidential.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services, then as required for our records, tax, and legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. We may retain working copies of reports and project files consistent with our internal retention practices.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our Site uses Google Analytics.
7. Your choices and rights
You may:
- request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email (we may still send service and billing notices); and
- ask questions about this Policy at info@condoconsult.net.
Depending on your state, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information; contact us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Children
The Site and services are for business users and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new "Last updated" date.
